Integrate mind, body, heart and spirit.

Embodied Jewish Learning offers an alternative point of connection to Jewish life through classes, workshops and teacher trainings in experiential body-based text study. With a bold, holistic approach, we provide educators and teachers with best practices for integrating Jewish wisdom into their classes, and we provide spiritual seekers, yogis, dancers and learners with access to Jewish wisdom that is meaningful and relevant to their everyday lives.  Embodied Jewish Learning offers Jews and non-Jews alike the chance to experience Jewish wisdom through wellness practices that nourish their minds, bodies, hearts and souls.

Being able to simultaneously stretch my physical self while engaging my mind and heart with deep Jewish wisdom and ideas, leads me to deep and meaningful insights, understandings and integration. This is a fantastic combination of journeys that can take us twice as far, twice as fast.”
— Joan Tabb., Yoga and Wholeness at the Peninsula Jewish Community Center

The Jewish teachings are conceptual and applicable, not lessons from the bima, but guidance in movement that are applied immediately. Here we can experience hesed (lovingkindness) inside of us and bring it out into the world from that place.”
